there is you!

- just like the story you told me the very first night we met. you challenge me to think about life, about God in a way that I haven't thought possible. You unabashedly and without explanation defy that others have the right to qualify or "steal" your relationship with your God.

- you want to read together daily. you want to know about my spiritual journey. you want to connect with me through a relationship with the divine.

- you call, you smile, you inquire, you want me both sexually and spiritually. for the first time in my life there is a man who is completely interested in me spiritually and sexually.

- you make me want to stand up and shout from the mountain top that I am all me... all of it... I don't have to hide the Jesus part or the gay part ever again! my relationship with God is mine, mine alone, mine to share with who I want and live the way I want.

- there is a human being that I never thought possible... that I never imagined... that I simply couldn't comprehend!

- there is you!

I'm still here where you put me! :) Just got promoted even. I am running a marathon in 10 days (my first). I am also happy and full of anxiety, about that and pretty much everything. I'm happy to see you blogging a bit again.

the cycle is so present... always present... whether in my written notes or my online blog there is me getting excited about something, getting lost in the pursuit and then musing about it and stating that I've learned something only to repeat it... why? I'm hear again, well, sorta... my friend Mike said to me today, if you would only make a decision to settle on something. You have amazing energy and talent but you just need to settle on something. I am simply not sure what that is... still... not sure of so many things. I'm enjoying life though... have a great job... have nice friends... maybe i just have inflated expectations about what life is suppossed to be? maybe I just want too much? not sure... just saying. life is good.
